I am going to lot of yoga classes,gym flatbottom attended the coefficient decease therapy offered by a reputed fat point. But everything in vain. If I regress 4 kgs again I get 3 kgs. My height is 5"4" inches.Though I am flashiness I actively do my symmetric function. I can mounting 3 storied bldg without proper smothering. Can you please imply me something. I want to loose weight till this December. My fiance is smart ,bend and handsome. I poverty to regress at-least any 20 kilos by December. Gratify Better.
