Before going on diet you should know that plan you want to finalize for your diet meal plan is healthy. Balanced and complete diet is essential for nutrition factor. Never go for unrealistic and hard to believe plans. You can consider following points before going on any diet meal plan.

Points to remember while going for fasting ( dieting)


  1. Chew and enjoy every bite. Always eat slow to feel full.
  2. Just count calories before consuming any food.
  3. Have as many small meals and snacks to avoid feeling of hunger.
  4. Always have a list of food, you want to have next day. Have lot of vegetables, fruits in store to always have fat-free and fresh food around you.
  5. Food high in calories and sugar should be avoided. Stop consuming fast food.

Always try to eat natural ( raw) vegetables and food. Never let yourself starve, as starvation is going to slow your metabolism. Key to fat loss is eating less calories and burning more.
